MY TOP TEN

Here’s my top 10 reasons to follow through on my health kick:

  1. Doctor says so.
  2. Bowel cancer runs in the family- do not want a plastic bag.
  3. Healthy food= more energy
  4. Look fabulous at Sisters wedding
  5. Can wear a bikini this summer without feeling like a whale.
  6. Must look fabulous in trendy outfits for Internship at Shop til you Drop
  7. Good food = good skin
  8. Feel more confident at parties
  9. Fit back into work pants to save money on buying new ones
  10. Do skinny people have more fun?

I am going to put this list all around me. On the fridge, on the pantry door, in my room, in my diary, in my wallet (to stop me buying McDonalds and such).

For anyone else out there wanting to transform your diet and exercise habits, make your top ten list too. Let me know how you are going, and read on to see what happens next..
